A process based series. Hand mixed colored clay that is blended on the kick wheel and then finished with clear glaze on the inside. These food grade pieces are functional pottery meets fine art. The process of making each piece embraces having compassion for oneself and others through acknowledging individually and acceptance as each peice is made. Every vessel is different, some may be similar but like people, each one is one of a kind. People have purpose, we work, we are individuals, look different and work differently. We are all different yet functional; in the process of striving for perfection we find acceptance in what is as we appreciate imperfections. Sizes range from 3” wide x 1.75” high to 3” high x 4” wide.
