"Starfish" is how I described what it felt like to have a kid in utero; the sensation of a head and limbs pushing out. While painting little circles it reminded me of cell division. This peice is painted on a reclaimed framed painting of an ocean scene representing a preexisting world and life in addition to the idea of recycling / reincarnation.
